Installation and Maintenance Points:
Before installation, clean the pin, mounting hole, and sleeve. Check for scratches and rust on the surface. Measure the inner diameter of the mounting hole and the outer diameter of the sleeve to ensure a clearance of 0.015-0.035 mm. The surface roughness of the hole Ra ≤ 1.6 μm.
Use a hydraulic press to press vertically, with a pressing force ≤ 60 kN. Ensure the sleeve end face fits snugly against the step of the mounting hole without skewing. After press-fitting, the inner hole roundness should be ≤ 0.02 mm. Do not strike the sleeve directly with a hammer.
Maintenance Recommendations: Check the clearance between the sleeve and pin every 1500 hours. Replace immediately if the radial clearance is > 0.2 mm or if loosening is observed. Lubricate daily in sync with the bearing using NLGI 2 lithium-based grease, replenishing grease every 250 hours.
