Mounting hole diameter: 63.50 +0.03/-0.00 mm, bushing outer diameter and mounting hole interference fit (interference 0.015-0.030 mm) to prevent bushing rotation.
Install using the cold pressing method. Apply pressure to the bushing end face using a special press tool. Do not hammer, as this may deform the bushing or damage the mounting hole.
Before installation, clean the pin, mounting hole, and bushing, ensuring they are free of burrs, oil, and rust. Inspect the bushing for cracks, deformation, and surface damage.
After installation, the bushing end face should be flush with the mounting hole end face. There should be no interference between adjacent components, and no jamming during movement. Lubricate periodically (every 500 working hours).
