Installation and Fitting Points:
* The bearing should have an interference fit with the structural component mounting holes (interference 0.015–0.025 mm), and a clearance fit with the pin (clearance 0.040–0.060 mm) to ensure smooth and unobstructed rotation.
* Use a dedicated pressing tool to press the bearing in smoothly. Do not directly strike the bearing end face. After installation, the bearing end face should be flush with the structural component plane, without skewing or looseness.
* Before installation, clean the bearing, mounting holes, and pin. Check the bearing for cracks, deformation, and ensure the anti-friction layer is intact and free of scratches.
