Assembly Fit: The clearance between the shaft hole and the φ16 mm pin should be 0.01-0.02 mm. The installation torque is 18-22 N·m. A φ16 mm flat key is required for positioning to prevent circumferential rotation. The contact pressure between the roller and the guide rail should be ≤2 MPa to avoid overload deformation.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, check that the wheel body is free of cracks and the groove surface is free of wear. Clean the shaft and mounting seat. The bearings do not require additional grease (pre-lubricated at the factory). During installation, tighten the nut with a torque wrench to ensure that the roller rotates freely without jamming.

After installation, check that the radial runout of the wheel body is ≤0.03 mm and the parallelism between the end face and the guide rail is ≤0.05 mm to avoid uneven wear that leads to premature wear of the groove surface.

Maintenance cycle: Check roller wear every 1000 hours (replace if groove depth < 5 mm or radial runout > 0.1 mm), clean the wheel body and guide rail every 2000 hours to avoid mud and sand accumulation, and check bearing seals every 3000 hours under humid conditions to prevent water ingress and corrosion.
