Installation and Fitting Points
**Before installation, clean the outer ring and housing bore, ensuring no burrs or rust. Heat the outer ring to 80-100℃ for hot fitting, or cold press with a press (pressure ≤50kN). Do not strike.**
**The outer ring and housing bore should have an interference fit, with 100% fit and radial runout ≤0.02mm. The clearance between the outer ring and inner ring assembly should be 0.020-0.040mm.**
**After installation, assemble with the inner ring and roller assembly. Preload torque according to the assembly specification (15-20N・m). Check bearing clearance to be 0.015-0.035mm.**

Use a dedicated puller during disassembly to avoid deformation of the outer ring or damage to the raceways. It is recommended to replace the entire assembly (inner ring, outer ring, and roller assembly) when replacing.
