Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the base and valve assembly mounting surfaces, check for damage to the sealing groove, apply Cat Hydraulic Seal Grease when installing the gasket, insert the locating pin, and tighten the bolts diagonally (tighten in 3 stages to the rated torque). After installation, check for leaks at the oil port seals, and ensure the gap between the base plane and the valve assembly is ≤0.03 mm.

Every 2000 hours of maintenance, check the flatness of the base. If the flatness exceeds 0.10 mm, it needs to be ground and repaired. When replacing gaskets, use genuine parts to avoid leaks caused by poor compatibility of aftermarket gaskets. If bolts are loose, retighten them to the specified torque.

Recommended hydraulic oil: Cat DEO-ULS 15W-40. Replace the hydraulic oil filter regularly (recommended every 2000 hours) to prevent oil contamination that could cause wear on the base oil ports and affect sealing performance.
