Installation Specifications

Use specialized tools for assembly. Do not strike the plunger end face to prevent deformation or surface damage. Apply clean fuel/hydraulic oil for lubrication before installation to ensure smooth reciprocating motion.

Check the clearance to ensure it is within the range of 0.001-0.003mm. Excessive clearance can lead to leakage, while insufficient clearance can cause jamming.
