Installation and Fitting Points
**Before installation, clean the journal, bearing housing bore, and bearing to ensure there are no metal shavings or oil stains.** Use cold pressing for installation; pressure ≤20kN. Do not strike the bearing end face to avoid deformation.
Journal fit tolerance k5, bearing housing bore fit tolerance H7. After installation, the bearing end face should fit snugly against the housing bore without gaps, the shaft should rotate without jamming, and the radial clearance should meet C3 grade requirements.
After installation, inject the specified type of grease. Check for leaks before installing into the machine.
Use a special puller for disassembly to avoid damaging the journal or housing bore. When replacing, check that the journal wear is ≤0.05mm. If it exceeds this tolerance, replace the journal or shaft assembly simultaneously.
