Suitable Applications:

Installation and Positioning: Installed between the engine gear chamber and the fuel pump drive shaft, or at the front end of the camshaft, providing radial support and axial positioning for the shaft system, ensuring coaxiality of transmission components, and preventing radial runout and vibration of the shaft system.

Operating Conditions: Suitable for heavy-duty construction machinery, mining equipment, generator sets, etc., ensuring stable power transmission between the fuel pump and engine, reducing transmission wear, and avoiding abnormal fuel injection due to positioning deviations.

Compatibility: Commonly used with 3T-1182 locating pins and 127-0712 bolts. During replacement, simultaneously check the wear of the bushing inner diameter, surface damage, and radial runout of the shaft system.

Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation Steps:
Clean the mounting surfaces of the shaft and bushing to remove oil, rust, and impurities;
Smoothly insert the bushing into the shaft end, ensuring a proper fit with the shaft shoulder without jamming;
Check that the shaft rotates freely with radial runout ≤0.03mm.

Maintenance Cycle: Inspect every 2000 hours under standard operating conditions; shorten to 1000 hours under harsh operating conditions (high dust, heavy load), focusing on checking for inner diameter wear, surface scratches, and deformation.

Replacement Criteria: If inner diameter wear exceeds 0.05mm, or if surface cracks or deformation appear, the shaft must be replaced and cannot be repaired.
