Use the cold mounting method (liquid nitrogen cooling to -196℃, holding for 20 minutes) or the press-fit method (pressure ≤60 kN) to ensure that the bearing end face is flush with the pin hole end face. After installation, the inner diameter roundness should be ≤0.020 mm.

Maintenance: Check for wear every 2500 hours. Replace when the radial clearance is >0.25 mm. Add NLGI Grade 2 lithium-based grease every 600 hours to avoid overload and uneven load conditions.
