Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the outer ring, bearing housing bore, and inner ring assembly before installation. The surface hardness of the housing bore should be ≥HRC30, roughness Ra≤1.6 μm, free of burrs and pits; the outer ring and housing bore should use a transition fit (φ240). (J7/h6) After installation, the outer ring end face should fit snugly against the seat bore step, with a clearance ≤0.03 mm.

Use hydraulic or heated fixtures (heating temperature ≤120℃) for installation to avoid outer ring deformation or raceway damage. After installation, measure the radial clearance and control it within 0.10–0.15 mm (C3 grade).

Lubrication should use Cat MTO-1000 extreme pressure lithium-based grease, filling to 1/3–1/2 of the bearing cavity volume. Replenish lubrication every 1000 hours to prevent premature wear caused by dry friction.

Inspect the outer ring raceway for wear (wear >0.1 mm), cracks, or pitting every 2000 hours. If any abnormalities are found, immediately replace the entire bearing set (outer ring + inner ring + rollers) to prevent bearing failure from causing equipment malfunction.
