Structure and Compatibility Characteristics
High-Pressure Sealing Compatibility: Alloy steel material, heat-treated, possesses high pressure resistance and deformation resistance, suitable for high-pressure hydraulic system conditions. Oxidized black surface enhances rust prevention and wear resistance (Cat®…).
Precise Positioning Design: Hexagonal structure facilitates wrench operation. Positioning steps ensure the coaxiality of the pressure switch and valve assembly is ≤0.05 mm, avoiding signal abnormalities or leakage caused by installation deviations.
Machine Compatibility: Compatible with the hydraulic valve assembly pressure detection parts of Caterpillar 320D, 323D, 336D excavators, 966H, 972H loaders, and M318D, M322D wheeled excavators, for fixing and sealing the pressure switch.
Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the sleeve threads and sealing surface, apply a small amount of thread sealant (Loctite 243) to prevent thread loosening and leakage.
Tighten with a torque wrench to 15-20 N·m, avoiding slippage or damage to the hexagonal parts.
After installation, check the coaxiality of the pressure switch and sleeve to ensure there is no misalignment and no leakage at the sealing surface.
Maintenance: Inspect the sleeve threads and sealing surface every 2000 hours. Replace immediately if rust, deformation, or wear is found.
The compatible medium must be compatible with hydraulic oil to avoid chemical corrosion that could cause sleeve failure.
