Installation and maintenance points: Installation specifications: Clean the pin, support hole, and sleeve to remove oil, rust, and impurities. Check the pin/hole for scratches and proper ovality.
Use cold pressing and specialized tooling for installation. Do not strike the sleeve body. After installation, check coaxiality (≤0.05mm) to ensure no misalignment.
Tighten the locking pins/bolts to the specified torque according to the manual, and apply the designated grease (such as lithium-based grease) to ensure adequate lubrication of the hinged parts.
Maintenance Recommendations: Inspect every 500-800 working hours for wear and cracks on the sleeve, and for looseness and abnormal noise at the hinged parts.
Replace immediately if wear exceeds limits (radial clearance > 0.8mm) or deformation occurs to avoid secondary damage to critical components such as pins and supports.
