After installation, test for smooth, unrestricted rotation. Perform a 30-minute no-load test run, monitoring the temperature to ≤80℃. Check every 1500 hours. Replace immediately if raceway wear >0.15 mm, or if peeling or abnormal noise occurs.

The initial grease filling should be 1/3 of the bearing volume. Replenish every 1000 hours. In dusty/humid conditions, shorten this to 500 hours. Avoid mixing different types of grease.
