Material and Manufacturing Process
Inner Ring / The outer ring is made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15SiMn), integrally hardened (HRC 60-64); the cage is made of phenolic resin/stamped brass, and the rollers are made of GCr15 with surface strengthening treatment; operating temperature -30℃ to +120℃, oil lubrication required (viscosity ISO VG 46-68).

Installation and Maintenance Points:
Preparation before installation: Clean the mounting hole and journal surface, removing burrs, oil, and metal debris; check that the bearing rollers are intact and undamaged, and the cage is undamaged; measure the journal diameter and mounting hole diameter to ensure the interference fit is within specifications; the journal surface must be hardened (HRC≥58) and the surface roughness must meet requirements.
Installation Steps: Heat the bearing inner ring to 80-100℃ (hot mounting method), or use a special press to smoothly press it into the journal (pressing force ≤20kN). Do not strike the bearing inner or outer rings. Install the outer ring, ensuring the shaft and bearing coaxiality is ≤0.03mm. Install the differential housing or transmission components, tightening the fixing bolts to the specified torque (e.g., differential end cover bolt torque 80-100N・m).
Maintenance and Replacement: Check the bearing’s operating condition every 3000 hours, listening for abnormal noises and measuring the temperature. Check for metal debris in the oil each time you change the drive axle oil. Replace the bearing immediately if the bearing rollers are worn, the cage is damaged, or the radial clearance exceeds the limit.
