Installation and Fitting Points:
The shaft diameter should be clean and free of burrs. Heated installation (oil temperature 80-100℃) or cold-pressed installation is recommended. Interference fit should be 0.015-0.025mm. Do not strike the retaining edge to avoid damaging the raceway.
Before installation, check the raceway for pitting and scratches. Inner diameter roundness ≤ 0.005mm, end face runout ≤ 0.01mm.
After assembly, the inner ring should not rotate relative to the shaft, and the coaxiality with the outer ring should be ≤ 0.01mm. Operation should be smooth and free of jamming or abnormal noise.
For disassembly, use a puller to remove the inner ring. Do not pry the retaining edge. When replacing, replace the inner ring + outer ring + roller cage as a complete set to ensure fitting accuracy.
