Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the bearing, journal, and bearing housing, checking for scratches/rust. Use cold fitting or press fitting (pressure ≤ 5 kN, applied to the inner ring), and do not strike the outer ring. Tighten the lock nut to the specified torque (35-40 N・m) to prevent bearing movement.

After installation, check the radial clearance to be 0.015-0.030 mm, axial movement ≤ 0.05 mm, and rotation without jamming. Run for 30 minutes; bearing temperature ≤ 75℃, with no abnormal noise or overheating.

Maintenance: Check the bearing condition every 500 hours, and add grease every 1000 hours (the amount should be 1/3 of the bearing cavity volume). Replace the bearing immediately if any abnormal noise, abnormal temperature rise, or excessive clearance is found.
