Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation: Clean the journal and bearing housing bore, ensuring no burrs or oil contamination. The inner ring and shaft use an interference fit (0.015-0.025 mm), which can be heat-fitted to 80-100℃. Direct impact is prohibited.
The outer ring and bearing housing use a clearance fit (0.010-0.020 mm). After press-fitting, the coaxiality should be ≤ 0.05 mm.
Maintenance
Lubrication: Use CAT HYDO 10 hydraulic oil for oil lubrication and NLGI Grade 2 lithium-based grease for grease lubrication. Add grease/change oil every 500-800 hours, ensuring the oil level reaches the center of the bearing.
Inspection: Regularly monitor vibration and temperature. Stop the machine and inspect if the vibration speed exceeds 4.5 mm/s or the temperature exceeds 80℃. Replace the bearing immediately if the clearance exceeds 0.15 mm.
