Installation and Fitting Points:

Before installation, clean the mounting hole and outer ring raceway, ensuring no burrs, oil stains, or rust. Inspect the raceway for pitting and cracks, and check the flanges for damage.

After installation, the outer ring end face runout should be ≤0.02 mm, and the clearance with the inner ring should be 0.03-0.05 mm. Rotation should be smooth without jamming or abnormal noise.
