Installation and Fitting Points: The base and cylinder block have a flat sealing fit, using… M12×60 bolts are tightened to a torque of 80–90 N·m, with flat washers to prevent loosening.

The locating pin and cylinder locating hole have a transition fit (clearance 0.010–0.020 mm) to ensure precise positioning of the base and cylinder without misalignment.

Before installation, clean the mounting surface, bolt holes, and locating pin holes. Inspect the base for cracks, deformation, and thread damage.

Axial positioning is achieved via the locating pin, while radial positioning is unrestrained, allowing for free thermal expansion and contraction. After installation, check that accessories are securely fixed, without loosening, leakage, or abnormal noise during operation.

As per the machine manual, check the bolt torque every 1500 working hours, tightening or replacing flat washers as needed.
