Installation and Fitting Points: Clean the journal and bearing housing before installation, ensuring no oil or rust. Align the bearing shell locating lip with the seat hole locating groove to ensure no misalignment.

The clearance between the bearing shell and journal should be 0.025-0.040mm. The bearing shell and bearing seat should have an interference fit with a fit ≥95% and no warping.

After installation, check that the radial runout is ≤0.03mm, the lubrication holes are aligned, and lubrication is unobstructed. Tighten the bolts in two stages to the specified torque (65-75 N·m).

Use a special puller to remove the crankshaft during disassembly. When replacing the crankshaft, check for journal wear. If the roundness/cylindricity is >0.015mm, repair or replace the crankshaft.
