Installation and Fitting Points:

Installation shaft diameter 38.08-38.10 mm. The inner ring and shaft should have an interference fit (interference 0.01-0.02 mm) to ensure no relative rotation.

Heat the inner ring with a bearing heater (80-100℃) before heat fitting, or cold press with a special press. Do not hammer directly to prevent deformation of the flanges and damage to the raceway.

Before installation, clean the journal and inner ring raceway, ensuring no burrs, oil, or rust. Inspect the raceway for pitting and cracks, and check the flanges for damage.

After installation, the inner ring end face runout should be ≤0.02 mm, the clearance with the outer ring should be 0.03-0.05 mm, and rotation should be smooth without jamming or abnormal noise.

Install the bearing end cap as a set with the corresponding outer ring, rollers, and cage. After installation, pre-tighten the bearing end cap to the specified torque to ensure axial positioning.
