Installation and Maintenance Points:
Before Installation: Clean the mounting surface, check for deformation of the bearing cap and damage to the gasket; measure the clearance between the inner diameter of the bearing cap and the outer diameter of the bearing (0.05-0.10mm), prepare a torque wrench and Loctite 515 sealant.
During Installation: Apply a thin layer of sealant to the gasket, align with the locating pin, and tighten the M12 bolts symmetrically and crosswise to 45-50N・m; check for gaps and oil leakage on the sealing surface, then add gear oil to the oil level line.
Maintenance and replacement: Check for oil leaks and loose bolts every 2500 hours; replace gaskets that are aging or bearing caps that are deformed immediately, and do not repair or reuse them.
