Installation and Fitting Points

Before installation, clean the piston rod surface and cylinder barrel end face, ensuring no oil stains or rust. Check the O-rings for damage.

Align the cover flange with the cylinder barrel mounting surface and tighten the four M10×30 bolts symmetrically to a torque of 18-22 N·m, ensuring a tight, gap-free flange fit.

Extension and Retraction Test: The cylinder should be fully extended and retracted without any jamming, wrinkles, or friction with the piston rod.

After installation, check the sealing surface for leaks and looseness. Before disassembly, release the pressure and then unscrew the bolts to remove the cover.
