Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data):
Installation: Clean the sleeve, pin, and mounting hole, removing oil, rust, and burrs. Check dimensions with an inside and outside gauge; the clearance must meet the requirement of 0.03-0.05 mm.
Cold-press installation is employed using specialized tools (such as 9D-9470). Installation pressure is controlled at 60-80 kN, ensuring the sleeve end face is flush with the mounting hole end face, with a coaxiality tolerance ≤0.05 mm.
After installation, add lubricating oil, ensuring an oil film thickness ≥0.005 mm for adequate lubrication.
Maintenance: Inspect sleeve wear every 1000 hours. Replace immediately if inner diameter wear >0.2 mm or surface scratches or peeling appear.
Regularly check the lubrication system to ensure normal oil pressure and flow, preventing sleeve and pin from sintering due to poor lubrication.
