Assembly fit: clearance fit with mounting hole (0.010-0.020 mm), shoulder fits snugly with the end face of the connected part (flatness deviation ≤0.1). (mm), after installation, the cotter pin should be locked, with a bending angle ≥90° to ensure no axial movement of the pin.
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Before installation, clean the pin, mounting hole, and matching parts, checking for deformation, rust, or surface damage. Use a guide tool to press the pin into the mounting hole; do not force it, as this may bend the pin or damage the hole wall.
After installation, check that the pin rotates freely without jamming, with a hinge gap ≤0.2 mm. Perform a 30-minute no-load test run, monitoring for normal vibration. Check every 1500 hours; replace immediately if pin wear >0.15 mm or shoulder deformation.
During installation, the cotter pin must be fully inserted into the pin hole, bending securely. In humid/dusty conditions, check the cotter pin’s condition every 800 hours to prevent loosening.
