Installation and Maintenance Points:
Preparation before installation: Clean the mounting hole and bearing outer surface, removing burrs and oil stains; check the bearing for cracks, deformation, and rust; measure the mounting hole diameter and bearing outer diameter to ensure the interference fit is within specifications; use a dedicated press-fit tool, and do not strike the bearing end face.
Installation Steps: Apply a small amount of grease to the bearing outer surface and press it smoothly into the mounting hole (press-fitting force ≥100kN), ensuring the bearing end face is flush with the mounting hole end face; install the pin, ensuring the coaxiality between the shaft and bearing is ≤0.05mm; install the retaining ring to fix the bearing and prevent axial movement.
Maintenance and replacement: Check the bearing radial clearance every 2000 hours (replace when ≥0.25mm); replenish lithium-based grease every 500 hours through the grease nipple (approximately 8g each time); replace the bearing immediately if it shows wear, peeling, abnormal noise, or leakage from the seals.
