Installation Steps: Apply a small amount of grease to the bearing outer surface and press it smoothly into the mounting hole (press-fitting force ≥100kN), ensuring the bearing end face is flush with the mounting hole end face; install the pin, ensuring the coaxiality between the shaft and bearing is ≤0.05mm; install the retaining ring to fix the bearing and prevent axial movement.

Maintenance and replacement: Check the bearing radial clearance every 2000 hours (replace when ≥0.25mm); replenish lithium-based grease every 500 hours through the grease nipple (approximately 8g each time); replace the bearing immediately if it shows wear, peeling, abnormal noise, or leakage from the seals.
