Installation and Fitting Points:
Clean the threaded and ball head surfaces, ensuring no burrs or oil contamination. The inner roughness of the ball head seat should be Ra≤1.6μm, and the threads should be undamaged.

Apply CAT threadlocker to the threads and pre-tighten to a torque of 280-300 N·m. Tighten evenly in stages using a torque wrench.

After installation, check that the ball head deflection angle is ±15° without jamming, and the gap between the ball head and the ball head seat is 0.020-0.030 mm.

Install the dust cover and add grease, ensuring the ball head area is fully grease-filled to prevent dust from entering.
