Installation and maintenance points: Before installation, check the inner and outer circles of the bushing for scratches and air holes. Clean the mounting seat hole and pin. Cool the bushing with liquid nitrogen (-196℃, 5-10 minutes). Use a heating pad (80-100℃) to assist with pressing, avoiding damage to the bushing from forceful hammering.

During pressing, use a coaxial guide tool to ensure the bushing end face is flush with the mounting base. After pressing, check the inner hole roundness to be ≤0.03 mm, with no elliptical deformation.

Maintenance cycle: Check bushing wear every 1500 hours (replace if clearance >0.2 mm), replenish grease every 2000 hours. Before each shift of loader operation, check the hinge joints for abnormal noises and looseness; replace the bushing immediately if any abnormalities are found.
