Compatible Models: Cat 320D2/323D2/326D2 excavator boom lifting cylinder and stick cylinder hinge; 966M/972M loader boom cylinder hinge; D6K/D7E bulldozer blade cylinder hinge. Fits pin diameter φ70 mm, commonly used with 523-3017 seals and 523-3018 pins.
Assembly Fit: Interference fit with cylinder lug bore (0.025-0.035 mm); clearance fit with pin (0.09-0.13 mm). After installation, both end faces should fit snugly with the cylinder lugs (deviation ≤0.1 mm). Grease injection holes should be aligned with the lug lubrication channels.
Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the bushing, cylinder lug bore, and pin. Check for deformation, cracks, or brass layer peeling. Cool the bushing with liquid nitrogen (-196℃, 5-8 minutes). After a few minutes, cold press the bushing into the cylinder ear hole, or install it using a special pressing tool. Do not force it by hammering.
After installation, check that the bushing rotates/oscillates freely without jamming. Run it under no-load for 20 minutes, monitoring the temperature to ≤80℃. Check every 1200 hours. Replace immediately if the inner bore wear is >0.2 mm or if abnormal noise occurs.
The initial grease injection should be 1/2 of the bushing volume. Replenish every 900 hours. In dusty/humid conditions, shorten this to 450 hours. Avoid mixing different greases.
