Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)

Installation: Clean the mounting holes and pins, ensuring no burrs or rust on the surface. Mounting hole tolerance H7, pin tolerance h6.

Cold installation method: Use a special press to evenly press in the bushings. Do not strike the flange face. Rear end face runout ≤0.05 mm.

Add NLGI 2 lithium-based grease. Perform a no-load swing test 5-8 times to ensure no jamming and normal clearance.

Maintenance: Check bushing clearance every 2000 hours. Replace immediately if clearance exceeds 0.4 mm.

Replenish grease every 500 hours. Clean the grease fitting to prevent contaminants from entering, suitable for dusty working conditions.
