Installation and fitting points: The seat hole should be clean and free of burrs. Use a special press for cold pressing installation. The interference fit should be 0.015-0.025mm. Do not strike the end face to avoid deformation of the steel backing and liner detachment.
Before installation, check that the liner is free of scratches, the steel backing is free of cracks, both ends are intact chamfered, the inner diameter roundness is ≤0.01mm, and the surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm.
After assembly, the clearance between the shaft and bushing should be 0.04-0.08mm, with smooth sliding, radial runout ≤0.05mm, and no abnormal noise. The clearance should be checked periodically (every 1500 working hours).
Disassembly should be done by pulling out the bushing with a puller. Prying the steel backing is prohibited. When replacing, replace the bushing + retaining ring + spacer as a complete set to ensure proper fit.
