Compatible Models and Parts: Compatible with Cat 950H loader front axle differential gear hub, 320D excavator final drive output gear hub, and D6N bulldozer gearbox second shaft gear hub, 1 piece per shaft, suitable for medium load and medium speed (≤500 rpm) conditions.
Performance Parameters: Tensile strength ≥1000 MPa, yield strength ≥800 MPa, fatigue strength ≥450 MPa, maximum transmitted torque ≥2500 N・m, radial load ≤120 kN, allowable speed ≤2000 rpm
Structural and Performance Advantages:
Material and Process: 42CrMo alloy structural steel, heat-treated, combining good strength and toughness, suitable for medium load and vibration conditions in construction machinery; GD universal working condition design, high cost-effectiveness, suitable for equipment maintenance needs under non-extreme working conditions (Cat® Parts).
**Structural Adaptability:** Featuring a keyway design, it connects to the drive shaft via a key, ensuring stable torque transmission and effectively preventing relative slippage between the gear hub and shaft. This guarantees transmission efficiency and facilitates easy installation without the need for complex positioning fixtures.
**Precise Positioning:** Strict tolerance control (coaxiality ≤ 0.015 mm) ensures coaxiality between the gear and shaft after installation, reducing off-center loads during gear meshing, lowering noise and wear, and extending gear life.
**Strong Compatibility:** Compatible with genuine Cat gears, drive shafts, bearings, and other components, offering high versatility and adaptability to similar transmission parts in various models, reducing spare parts inventory costs.
**Installation and Maintenance Points:** Before installation, clean the shaft and gear hub inner bore to remove burrs and oil. Use a heat-fit method (heating to 100-120℃) or cold-press method for installation, ensuring keyway alignment. After installation, check the fit between the gear and gear hub for gaps and looseness.
** Tightening Specifications: If fastening bolts are used, the bolt size should be M12×1.5, and the torque value should be 80-90 N·m. Tighten in 2-3 alternating stages to prevent gear hub deformation.
Maintenance Cycle: Check the clearance between the gear hub and the shaft every 2500 hours. If the clearance exceeds 0.1 mm or the keyway is worn, replace immediately. Regularly check the gear meshing to avoid overload and impact loads that could damage the gear hub.
