Material and Process: Low carbon steel backing → sintered porous bronze layer → impregnation with PTFE mixed filler → precision machining of inner and outer diameters → deburring → cleaning and rust prevention, self-lubricating design, no need for high-frequency grease replenishment, suitable for medium and low speed (≤5 m/s), medium and light load oscillation / Suitable for rotating operation, resistant to impact and vibration.
Compatible with: 320D/323D/326D excavator boom/swing hinge points; 950GC/966K loader rocker arm/swing pivot; 140M/160M grader blade/draw frame connecting pins; 420D/432D skid steer loader working device pins. Used for swing support at hinged joints, reducing wear between pins and the frame.
Assembly fit: Compatible with 70.17 mm diameter pins (tolerance f7, -0.030/-0.060 mm), 85.00 mm diameter mounting holes (tolerance H7, +0.030/0 mm), interference fit 0.015-0.030 mm. mm, press-fit installation, welding or heating deformation prohibited.
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Before installation, clean the pin and mounting hole. Check the bearing inner hole for scratches, bulges, and delamination. Measure the inner diameter of the mounting hole and the outer diameter of the bearing, ensuring an interference fit of 0.015-0.030 mm and a hole surface roughness Ra≤1.6 μm.
Use a hydraulic press to vertically press the bearing into the mounting hole with a pressing force ≤80 kN. Ensure the bearing end face fits snugly against the mounting hole step without misalignment. After press-fitting, check the inner hole roundness ≤0.02 mm. Do not directly strike the bearing outer ring with a hammer.
Maintenance Recommendations: Check the bearing clearance every 2000 hours. If the radial clearance >0.20 mm or abnormal noise or overheating occurs, replace immediately. Routinely add lithium-based grease (NLGI 2) according to the equipment manual, replenishing grease every 500 hours, adding only enough to overflow a small amount of new grease each time.
