Structural and Performance Advantages
Ticulated Roller Structure: The rollers are tapered, capable of simultaneously withstanding radial and bidirectional axial loads, adapting to complex stress conditions in transmission systems, preventing shaft movement, and improving transmission accuracy and stability (Cat® Parts).
Carburized and Quenched Material: Chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, carburized and quenched, resulting in high surface hardness, good core toughness, wear resistance, and impact resistance, extending service life and making it suitable for heavy-duty and vibration-prone environments (Cat® Parts).
High-Strength Cage: PA66+GF30 cage material, possessing high rigidity and temperature resistance, precisely guiding roller movement, reducing friction and wear, and improving bearing rotational accuracy and reliability.
C3 Clearance Design: Adapts to thermal expansion under high-temperature and heavy-duty conditions, preventing bearing seizure while ensuring operational accuracy, reducing noise and vibration, and improving equipment operating comfort.
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Before installation, clean the bearing, journal, and bearing housing, checking for burrs, cracks, and rust. The inner ring should be heat-fitted (80-100℃), and the outer ring cold-fitted. Use a dedicated installation tool (such as a Cat 1U-0624 bearing installer). Do not strike the bearing. Ensure the tapered surfaces fit snugly, and the clearance meets C3 requirements.
After installation, check that the axial runout is ≤0.03 mm and the radial runout is ≤0.02 mm. Run the bearing for 1 hour, ensuring the bearing temperature is ≤80℃ and there are no abnormal noises or vibrations.
Maintenance: Check the bearing clearance and wear every 2000 hours. If the clearance is >0.05 mm or pitting or peeling appears on the roller surface, replace the bearing immediately. Regularly replenish grease, ideally every 500 hours, with each replenishment filling 1/3 to 1/2 of the bearing cavity volume.
