Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the mounting holes and pins, ensuring no burrs or rust on the surface. Mounting hole tolerance H7, pin tolerance h6.
Use the cold-fit method, pressing evenly with a special press. Do not strike the flange face. After installation, check end face runout ≤ 0.05 mm.
After installation, add NLGI 2 lithium-based grease. Perform a no-load swing test 5-8 times to ensure no jamming and normal clearance.
Maintenance: Check bushing clearance every 1500 hours. Replace immediately if clearance exceeds 0.3 mm.
Replenish grease every 400 hours, cleaning the grease fitting to prevent contaminants from entering, suitable for dusty working conditions.
