Installation and Maintenance Points

The gasket should be centered, and the bolts symmetrically pre-tightened in 2-3 stages, with a final torque of 50 N·m (M10 bolts), ensuring uniform compression.

After installation, check for leaks. After one hour of operation, re-measure the bolt torque to prevent loosening.

Maintenance Recommendations: Check the gasket seal every 1000 working hours. If oil leakage or aging/detachment of the rubber layer is observed, replace it immediately.

Avoid over-compressing the gasket (compression > 0.6 mm) to prevent damage to the rubber layer and compromised sealing performance.
