Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Specifications: Clean the gasket and flange surface, removing oil, burrs, and old sealant residue. Check the gasket for cracks and ensure the rubber layer is not peeling off.

The gasket should be centered, and the bolts symmetrically pre-tightened in 2-3 stages, with a final torque of 50 N·m (M10 bolts), ensuring uniform compression.

After installation, check for leaks. After one hour of operation, re-measure the bolt torque to prevent loosening.

Maintenance Recommendations: Check the gasket seal every 1000 working hours. If oil leakage or aging/detachment of the rubber layer is observed, replace it immediately.

Avoid over-compressing the gasket (compression > 0.6 mm) to prevent damage to the rubber layer and compromised sealing performance.
