Installation and Fitting Points:
Clean the mounting hole and bushing surface, ensuring no burrs or oil stains. The mounting hole roughness Ra≤1.6μm, and the bushing outer diameter should be free of scratches.
Cold press installation, pressure ≤35kN. Use guide fixtures to ensure coaxiality. Do not directly strike the bushing end face.
Interference fit with the mounting hole: 0.010-0.020mm. Rear end face runout ≤0.03mm, radial runout ≤0.02mm.
After installation, apply grease to ensure the inner hole is filled with grease. The pin should rotate smoothly without jamming after installation, with a clearance of 0.015-0.025mm.
