Installation and Fitting Points:
Clean the outer ring raceway and bearing housing bore. Cold press installation, pressure ≤30kN. Do not strike the end face.

Bearing housing J7 tolerance, interference fit 0.010-0.020mm, ensuring space for thermal expansion and contraction.

After assembly with the inner ring, axial clearance should be controlled at 0.025-0.040mm, ensuring smooth rotation.

Use a dedicated puller for disassembly. During replacement, inspect the raceway for pitting and peeling.
