Installation and Maintenance Points:
Before installation, clean the bearings, journals, and housing bores. Check for rust on the bearings and deformation of the cage. Journal surface hardness: HRC 58-62, roughness Ra ≤0.4 μm, housing bore roundness ≤0.05 mm, journal roundness ≤0.02 mm.
During assembly, use the hot fitting method (90-110℃) to assemble the shaft components. Use a special tooling to guide the insertion into the hole, ensuring uniform contact between the rollers and raceways. After installation, pre-tighten with locknuts (torque 280-320 N・m). After hot fitting, allow to cool naturally to room temperature before loading to avoid damage to the raceways from cold fitting.
Maintenance recommendations: Check lubrication and wear every 1200 hours. If roller pitting/scratching, raceway wear > 0.12 mm, or clearance > 0.15 mm, replace the bearing immediately and repair the journal (polish the surface to Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) to prevent transmission failure.
