Installation and Fitting Points (Original Factory Standard)
The bearing has a clearance fit with the SEM bushing, with a standard radial clearance of 0.01–0.02 mm, ensuring smooth and unhindered rotation.
The inner ring has an interference fit with the shaft (interference 0.015–0.025 mm), assembled using a special press-fit tool. Do not strike the bearing body.
The outer ring has a clearance fit with the mounting hole, with a tolerance of IT7. Clean the mounting hole and remove burrs and rust before installation.
Install locating retaining rings/plates at both ends to prevent axial movement. After installation, the bearing should rotate smoothly without jamming or abnormal noise, and the lubrication channels should be unobstructed.
