Doubled Dynamic Load Capacity
Structural and Performance Advantages
Separable Structure: The inner ring, outer ring, and rollers are separable, facilitating installation, disassembly, and maintenance. Suitable for space-constrained transmission components, reducing maintenance difficulty and time costs.

High Load Capacity: The tapered roller design can simultaneously withstand radial and bidirectional axial loads, suitable for heavy-duty conditions such as excavator final drives and slewing bearings, reducing the risk of bearing failure.

Precision Manufacturing and Heat Treatment: Strict dimensional tolerances and surface treatments ensure operational accuracy and stability. Quenching treatment improves surface hardness and wear resistance, extending service life.

Standardized Compatibility: Universal dimensions and mounting interfaces, compatible with various machine models. No additional machining is required, allowing for quick replacement, improving maintenance efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.

Installation and Maintenance Points:

Before installation, clean the bearing, shaft, and bearing housing, checking for burrs and cracks. The inner ring should have an interference fit (0.01-0.02 mm). Use a hot-fit method (oil temperature 80-90℃) to heat the inner ring before installing it onto the shaft. The outer ring should have a clearance fit with the bearing housing (0.01-0.02 mm clearance), ensuring coaxiality ≤0.05 mm. Do not hammer or strike.

After installation, add Cat Moly-Dee grease and run for 30 minutes to confirm there is no jamming, abnormal noise, or abnormal temperature rise. The bearing temperature should be ≤80℃, and axial movement ≤0.05 mm.

Maintenance: Check the bearing condition every 1000 hours. Replace immediately if roller pitting, cage deformation, or axial clearance >0.15 mm is observed. Prioritize original parts to ensure compatibility and performance, avoiding premature damage to the transmission system due to incompatible parts.
