Use cold pressing for installation; do not strike the flange face to avoid damaging the aluminum alloy layer.

Use a special press to apply even pressure and press the bearing into the bearing housing, ensuring the flange end face fits snugly against the bearing housing positioning surface and that the cylinder and journal fit securely. After installation, manually rotate the shaft to ensure there is no jamming or abnormal noise, and the axial clearance is ≤0.05 mm.

Maintenance and Replacement: Check bearing wear and temperature every 2000 hours. If the outer diameter wear is >0.1 mm or the flange face shows deformation or cracks, replace immediately. It is recommended to replace the bearing simultaneously with the sleeve and bearing cap to ensure effective shaft positioning.
