Installation and maintenance points (raw data)
Installation: Clean the journal and bearing housing bore. Install the inner ring using the hot fitting method (oil temperature 80-100℃) and the outer ring using the cold fitting method. Ensure the bearing end face fits snugly against the shaft shoulder/seat shoulder (clearance ≤0.05 mm). After installation, rotate by hand without jamming; radial runout ≤0.03 mm.
Maintenance: Check bearing temperature (≤80℃), noise (≤75 dB), and grease condition every 3000 hours. Replenish grease every 6000 hours (1/3-1/2 of the bearing cavity volume). Replace immediately if abnormal noise, overheating, or seal damage occurs. Troubleshooting: For abnormal bearing noise, check the condition of the grease and steel balls; for overheating, check the clearance and installation accuracy; for damaged seals, replace the bearing and check the protective environment; for severe wear (radial clearance > 0.05 mm), replace immediately.
