Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Specifications: Clean the bearing’s inner and outer diameters, the cylinder clevis’s inner bore, and the pin, removing burrs and oil stains. Check the bearing for cracks and ensure the inner liner is not detached.
Cold-press installation, pressing force ≤60 kN, ensuring the bearing end face is flush with the clevis end face. After installation, the inner bore roundness should be ≤0.03 mm.
After installation, inject lithium-based grease. Test run; no jamming or abnormal noise, swing clearance ≤0.2 mm.
Maintenance Recommendations: Replenish grease every 300 working hours. Check wear every 1000 working hours. Replace immediately when the inner bore wear >0.3 mm or the copper layer peels off.
Avoid prolonged dry friction to prevent excessive copper layer wear, which could lead to direct contact between the clevis and the pin.
