Installation and Maintenance Points

Assemble using cold pressing or heating the mounting holes (≤100℃). The bearing end face should be flush with the mounting hole end face. Control the interference fit within 0.02–0.04 mm to avoid excessive interference fit that could cause bearing deformation.

After installation, apply lithium-based grease (NLGI 2) to ensure adequate lubrication between the pin and the liner.

Maintenance Recommendations: Check every 800 working hours: bearing clearance >0.2 mm, liner wear, surface scratches. Replace any faulty parts immediately. Simultaneously check pin wear (>0.1 mm requires repair).
