Load Bearing and Positioning: Double-row raceway structure, compatible with double-row tapered rollers, capable of simultaneously bearing radial and bidirectional axial loads, supporting rotating components, preventing axial movement, and ensuring stable operation of the transmission system.
Installation Specifications: Clean the mounting hole and outer ring surface, removing oil and rust. The mounting hole inner diameter tolerance is H7, and the surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6 μm.
Use cold or hot mounting (oil temperature 80-100°C). Do not force it. Ensure the outer ring fits snugly against the mounting hole without gaps, and that the raceway and rollers have uniform contact.
After installation, check that the outer ring end face runout is ≤ 0.05 mm and the raceway radial runout is ≤ 0.03 mm to ensure operational accuracy.
Maintenance Recommendations: Check the bearing clearance every 2000 operating hours. If the clearance exceeds 0.2 mm, replace the original outer and inner ring assemblies immediately to prevent abnormal transmission noise or component damage.
