High adaptability: YM conventional load type, alloy carburized steel material, good impact resistance and wear resistance, compatible with wheel end/drivetrain, standard working condition life can reach over 8000 hours.
Precise Assembly: The tapered surface is interference-fitted with the shaft (interference 0.02–0.04 mm), ensuring radial runout ≤0.02 mm after assembly, guaranteeing the bearing assembly’s operational accuracy.
Load Adaptability: Working in conjunction with the outer ring and roller assembly, it simultaneously withstands radial and bidirectional axial loads, suitable for continuous operation scenarios with moderate impact.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Specifications: Clean the journal and inner ring tapered surface, ensuring they are free of oil and rust. Use hot fitting (heated to 80–100℃) or cold pressing, controlling the pressing force to 15–20 kN. Do not strike the end face.
Journal tolerance: +0.01–+0.03 mm. After installation, check that the tapered surface contact rate is ≥85% and the radial runout is ≤0.02 mm.
After installation, apply NLGI 2 lithium-based grease to ensure uniform roller assembly clearance.
Maintenance Recommendations:
Check the operating status every 1000 working hours, looking for any abnormal noises, abnormal temperature rises, or seal leaks.
Replace the bearing immediately when the inner diameter wear exceeds 0.12 mm. When replacing, replace the outer ring, roller assembly, and cage simultaneously to ensure bearing assembly performance.
