High Precision Adaptation: GD high precision grade, uniform contact between raceway tapered surface and rollers, high rotational accuracy, smooth operation, reduced vibration and noise.

High Load Capacity: Overall quenching process, excellent raceway hardness and contact precision, suitable for combined load transmission with tapered roller bearings, ensuring the overall load capacity of the bearing.

Precise Installation: The tapered surface design provides an interference fit with the shaft (interference 0.01–0.02 mm). After installation, radial runout is ≤0.02 mm, ensuring transmission accuracy.

Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation Specifications: Clean the inner ring and journal surfaces, ensuring they are free of oil and rust. Use hot fitting (heating temperature 80–100℃) or cold pressing. Control the pressing force at 15–20 kN. Do not strike the end face.

Journal tolerance: +0.005–+0.015 mm. After installation, check for radial runout ≤0.02 mm.

After installation, assemble with the outer ring and roller assembly. Adjust the axial clearance to 0.05–0.1 mm and apply NLGI 2 lithium-based grease.

Maintenance Recommendations: Check the operating status every 1000 working hours, looking for abnormal noises, abnormal temperature rises, and seal leaks.

If pitting, peeling, or wear exceeding 0.1 mm occurs on the raceway, it should be replaced promptly. When replacing, it is recommended to replace the outer ring and roller assembly simultaneously.
