Clean the seat bore before installation (surface roughness Ra≤1.6 μm, burr-free). Cold-press the bushing (pressure ≤50 kN) to avoid damage to the inner liner. The rear end face runout should be ≤0.03 mm, and the coaxiality ≤0.02 mm.

The clearance between the trunnion and bushing should be 0.10–0.15 mm to ensure smooth and unobstructed movement. After installation, check that the swing resistance is ≤400 N.

Self-lubricating design, maintenance-free under normal operating conditions. In harsh conditions (dust/high temperature), add extreme pressure lithium-based grease (Cat 106-9900) through the oil hole every 1000 hours. The amount of grease should be such that new grease overflows from both ends of the bushing.

Check the bushing for wear (inner diameter wear >0.2 mm) or liner detachment every 1500 hours. Replace immediately if any abnormalities are found to prevent direct friction between the trunnion and the seat bore.
